Ground Truth is a property intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data from government and open-data sources to generate location reports. Reports include an AI-synthesised verdict powered by Anthropic's Claude.

Ground Truth does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. Our reports are informational tools designed to assist your research. They should not be the sole basis for any property purchase, investment, or legal decision. Always consult qualified professionals (solicitors, surveyors, financial advisors) before making property decisions.

The Ground Truth name, logo, design, and AI-generated report formats are our intellectual property. The underlying data from public sources retains its original licensing (e.g. Open Government Licence for UK government data). You may use reports for your personal or professional property research.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ground Truth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to losses from property decisions made based on our reports.

We aim to keep the service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
